Exciting News for Hospitality on Dubai’s Manmade Palm-Shaped Island

With more ambitious plans than ever before to support Dubai’s future growth goals, new developments are under construction for the hospitality sector. Real estate projects are, in fact, ongoing on the tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah Island, which is already known for its many luxury hotels, beachfront villas and apartment buildings.

  •  The Hilton The Palm will be located on the trunk of the Palm. The hotel will comprise of 13 stories and 608 rooms including a presidential suite and will feature seven restaurants and lounges with a beautiful beachfront view.
  • Taj Exotica Resort & Spa will be on the eastern side of Palm Jumeirah. The resort will offer 325 rooms and suites, a fitness center, a spa and several restaurants including an Italian eatery, a gastropub, and a rooftop option with Gulf view.
  • Marriott The Palm Dubai on West Crescent features 350 guest rooms and suites. It also offers picnic areas, several international restaurants, fitness options, and a barber and beauty shop.

In one of the fastest growing tourism and hospitality markets in the Middle East and a leading tourist destination in the region, the opening of the three hotels on the Palm to offer the finest of Arabian hospitality will add a combined 25 dining outlets and almost 1,500 rooms will further strengthen the growth strategies for Dubai, said A.A. In addition to the hotel projects in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, a new ground up development is in the pipeline: Nakheel Mall – It is almost complete and will have 350 shops, restaurants and leisure attractions and two waterfalls in 4.5 million square feet of space across five levels.
